I have been meaning to compile a list of books I want to read at some point. Every so often, I come across a classic or I hear about something I would want to look into.
However, the(/my) head is like a workshop: If too much space is spent on storage, there is not room enough to get your work done, so now I am writing the titles down here, sequence no indication of priority:
- F. Scott Fitzgerald: The Great Gatsby
- Robert A. Heinlein: Job, a comedy of justice
- Joseph Conrad: Lord Jim, Nostromo & Heart of Darkness
- André Gide: The Immoralist
- Alaa Al Aswany: The Yacoubian Building
- Neil Stephenson: Cryptonomicon
- Scott Rosenberg: Dreaming in Code
- Robert J. Blake: Brave new digital classroom: technology and foreign language learning
- Ray Kurzweil: The singularity is near
- Paul Harding: Tinkers
